"A moment exists in which the food is made beautiful, cause, even if nobody tells , beautiful and good are the same thing."

This is not a recipes blog, and I'm not a cool cook.
I'm only a person with a deep interest in food and cultural studies.
I'm fashinating by the relationship between people and food, the world's oldest relationship.
I learned to cook by my father,he's an old-style cook,for him the importance of food  lies in the taste.
The taste for me is the atmosphere triggered by food.
